By commissioning me, you automatically agree and are held to these terms.

1. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
4. payment is typically given after sketch is provided, and is not refundable beyond that point.
2. Expect commissions to be done within 1-8 weeks, but allow up to an additional 4 weeks in case of emergency.
3. If commission is not done within 12 weeks, you are eligible for refund or compensation of some kind.
4. I reserve the right to freely use any illustrations for my portfolio & social media art examples.
5. NDA agreements are +50% of the total quote.
6. My work is not to be used in AI or traced under any circumstances.
7. All of my artwork can be used commercially by clients, unless the character itself is not permitted for commercial use.
8. Clients who have bought custom designs are fully allowed to resell them for any price, regardless of value.
